Our Properties Are Getting Ready To Reopen June 15th
As travel restrictions begin to ease and we step into phase one of reopening, our resorts are getting ready to start welcoming guests again.
This will happen in a phased approach and inventory will still be restricted at some Karisma properties and destinations through August 1st , 2020.
Please refer to the grid below for details on each resort and destination.
Any guests holding reservations from June 15 – June 30 at El Dorado Royale, El Dorado Casitas Royale, El Dorado Seaside Suites, Margaritaville Riviera Cancun or Azul Beach Riviera Cancun will be accommodated at El Dorado Maroma or Generations Riviera Maya.
We are accepting bookings for travel June 15th, 2020 and beyond. Please check back with us for any questions, and you can expect regular updates as news develops. We are also keeping our flexible cancellation policy and making it especially easy to rebook anytime later this year or into next year
Our Flexible Cancellation Policy is Extended
Amendments to the cancellation policy include an extension of previous policies to encompass rebooking of FIT and group reservations through June 30, 2020 and for new bookings (FIT and groups) made through August 31, 2020.
