Disney Cruise Line Suspensions Update: April 16, 2020

UPDATE: April 16, 2020 – Disney Cruise Line updates for Disney Magic bookings between May 23-June 7, 2020 that were previously moved or cancelled between January 30-April 15, 2020

Disney Cruise Line is reaching out to clients who were originally booked on a Disney Magic sailing that was scheduled to depart between May 23 and June 7, 2020 and who moved their sail date due to concerns about the new coronavirus (COVID-19) between January 30-April 15, 2020.

Since then, with the well being of Guests and team members as the top priority and in line with direction from health experts and government officials, Disney Cruise Line has cancelled these sailings.

Disney Cruise Line would now like to offer guests an additional future cruise credit* equal to 25% of their original voyage fare to use toward the reservation they modified.

Once the guests modified reservation is paid in full, any remaining future cruise credit will be applied to their shipboard account as a non-refundable onboard credit.

If guests circumstances have changed and they would now like to cancel the reservation they modified, they may do so for a full refund of the original voyage fare they paid.

For guests who cancelled their reservation during the same time frame, Disney Cruise Line is automatically refunding any cancellation fees that may have been charged.

This refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, but may be delayed due to the high volume.

*The Future Cruise Credit is equal to 25% of guests original voyage fare and is only valid for sailings departing within 15 months of their original sailing.Guests original reservation must be paid in full to be eligible for the FCC. The FCC is applied per person and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Standard prevailing rates apply and Guests are responsible for any balance due after the FCC has been applied. If guests end up not being able to use the FCC, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount of their original voyage fare. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply to future sailings. Guests who previously received a FCC are not eligible for an additional FCC.
